20 minutes check if microphones are not unmutted with noises
after 20 minutes, go to the table of kirtanists and see who is next kirtan player
in half an hour, do the same with the next kirtan
if the kirtan performer does not get in touch and does not appear on the zoom, ask the kirtan performers in the chat who is ready to replace him
at the end of your shift
when there is no Host / Organizer in the conference?
When the kirtan doesn't play very well?
We want to improve the level of kirtana as much as possible, therefore we will weed out those who do not reach it😬
At the end of your shift, leave a comment in the report if something was wrong with the kirtan and put the hashtag #callAnshula @anshulaflute will rewind the broadcast on YouTube and see what was wrong. He is a professional musician and will be able to give an objective assessment or a hint to a kirtan player how to increase his kirtan flow🤘
Rule 1❗️
We listen to kirtan, if it is not divine or at least normal, if there are some technical nuances, etc., then at the end of our shift in the report with the number of participants we leave additionally:
▪️Kirtan name copied from the table
▪️His contact
▪️Kirtan start time according to Moscow time
▪️Speaks English if yes
▪️Micro comments on what exactly was wrong (for example: bad sound, too quiet, noises, you can’t hear the guitar, you can’t hear the voice or everything is normal, but the kirtan is not very good, etc.)
▪️Hashtag #callAnshula
Don't be afraid to offend the kirtanshika with your assessment. Only moderators see it. And in which case, Anshul will convey the problem as tactfully as possible. Better to play it safe and check the kirtan than not😅
Rule 2❗️
If the kirtana is not just bad, but obviously disgusting, then we do not wait for the end of our shift or his game, but:
▪️We write kirtanshika in a zoom in PM to adjust the sound
▪️We write directly to the moderators chat so that someone else goes into zoom and listens too, maybe you had something with sound
▪️If everything is really bad, then we write in the kirtans chat that we are looking for a replacement right now, because the kirtans have problems with sound (we don’t write that he is bad, only about the sound)
▪️Pin this message in the chat and notify everyone
▪️We find a replacement
▪️Give another kirtana the right to co-organize
▪️We fix
▪️We revoke the rights of a sorog from a “bad” kirtan performer
▪️We write in the zoom chat to the new kirtan how many minutes he has left to kirtan, so that he orients himself
▪️We write to the kirtan performer in the zoom chat that he was removed due to poor sound quality
▪️We continue to work calmly❤️
If the previous kirtana does not see the message in the zoom and writes to the kirtana chat:
▪️We write to him in the chat “Just a second, we will give an answer in PM🙏🏻”
▪️Tag Anshula already via @ in the moderators chat and ask you to contact the kirtan faster
Rule 3❗️
If the kirtan performer did not appear at the specified time, then in the report of our shift we write:
▪️Tag #missed
▪️The name of the person who replaced him
▪️All the rest of the information from rule 1, including the tag #callAnshula
